What is our Mission Statement?

The mission of Arbutus Christian Fellowship is to glorify God by winning others to Jesus Christ, others who will then become discipling Christians passionately committed to loving God and others.

What is our Vision?

An Elder of a large, struggling church, whose senior pastor had just left to accept the pastorate of another church, was asked about their plans. The Elder indicated that they were about to embark on a study to discover their purpose. This led to an interesting conversation, in which it was pointed out that the purpose of the church has been clearly laid out  in Matthew 28, where Jesus told us to “go out and make disciples”. The issue is not to discover our purpose, but rather to discover how to fulfill our purpose.
