The Structure

In order to maintain the principle of simplicity, Arbutus Christian Fellowship is structured with a Senior Pastor and a Church Council governing its purpose and making all significant decisions. The Church meets each Sunday for a Celebration Service.

During the week, we will endeavour to include most of our people in home fellowships where teaching, fellowship and ministry will most effectively happen. Also during the week, others will meet for Alpha, and for specialized interest subjects such as a course called “Experiencing God”. There are also plans for a class for New Believers, Leadership meetings and extraordinary times of Fellowship.

Another fixture will be a Mentoring Program focusing on several hand-picked individuals who in turn will learn to mentor others.
